Minimum Requirements for Software Developer
- Candidates must be able to read and understand English.
- Candidates must have experience writing programs & software.

- Candidates must complete an online questionnaire which will include technical questions.

Employee Training
- Employee Training is an 8 week training at our Waukesha, WI Corporate Office.
- Employee Training is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
- Employees have access to the building after hours via a keyless entry system.

Epicor (Financials, Manufacturing, Customization, Implementation),
Crystal Reports
Progress ADM
- Non-technical topics covered are: Health Insurance, Time and Attendance, Vacations, Holidays, Professional Behavior at the customer's site and Continuing Education
- Training consists of the following: Hands on project work; Computer Based Tutorials; and Certification
- Employees will be given actual customer assignments to complete, under the direction of Pronto Progress' corporate trainer.
What to expect at Pronto Progress
- As needed employees will travel to customs’ sites which are located throughout the United States.
- Employees will be part of the entire software lifecycle
- Employees will design new software.
- Employees will develop solutions to customers’ needs.
- Employees will implement new systems and modules.
- Employees will convert out-dated and failed systems.
- Employees will provide user training.
- Employees will plan projects.

- As often as possible. Some employees have only worked at the customer's site.
- How long is an average customer assignment?
- Some last a day. The longest is over fifteen years. We don't know the average.
- How many customers will I work for at once?
- Most employees work for one customer at a time. Some work for multiple customers during a week.
- How much travel is there?
- During the first year or two of employment, travel may happen. After mastering the technologies and business methods, travel may be reduced or eliminated. Account Mentors and Project Mentors travel more.
- Will I be paid for training in Waukesha WI?
- Yes. Your pay will be established in our offer to you.
- Who pays for the credit check?
- The applicant, prior to the final interview.
