Minimum Requirements for Software Developer
Candidates must read and understand English, have solid practical experience writing programs & software, see themselves in a career of software design & development, able to pay attention to details, and cope with unexpected situations. All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment database theory test. Candidates must also provide at least 3 references of past supervisors.
