Minimum Requirements for Software Developer

Candidates must read and understand English, have solid practical experience writing programs & software, see themselves in a career of software design & development, and must have to emerse themselves in this career. All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment data base theory test. Provide at least 3 references of past supervisors. Able to pay attention to details, and cope with unexpected situations.
