Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I chose a role as CEO/Master Mentor of Pronto Progress in August of 2010. My customer service and sales experience within the real estate industry since 1990 serves Pronto Progress very well, as my main focus with Pronto Progress is mentoring the employees, teaching them sales skills and how to work by referral, (so we can grow the company and assure customers are happy with our services and that they will want to refer Pronto Progress to others who want quality programming services). My ever growing career with RE/MAX Advantage Plus in Fort Lauderdale, Florida helps to bring cutting edge insight for sales, service and satisfaction for customers and employees.
I have been licensed in real estate since 1990, holding the Broker Associate license since 1997. I specialize in Buyer Representation. License held previously in Wisconsin, Missouri and Louisiana. Designations include ABR, (Accredited Buyer Representative), CDPE, (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CRS, (Certified Real Estate Specialist), GRI, (Graduate of Realtors Institute), SRES, (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and TRC, (Transnational Referral Certified). Timothy Proksch has been in the IT field since 1976 when he received his BS in Computer Science from The University of Wisconsin La Crosse. In 1981 he founded the company and has been designing, developing, and training in Progress since 1988. As President of Pronto Progress, Mr. Proksch remains hands-on and has developed Progress solutions for quality control, manufacturing, insurance industry, benefits planning, banking, automotive service and government. He has created mods for MFG/PRO, Syteline, WDSII, LABWARE, SHOPPRO, EPICOR and has extensive experience developing Progress applications from inception through implementation. His experience developing and training others in smart object programming, Web, character and gui programming, database design and Web enablement provides a solid foundation for what he offers as a public speaker and trainer. In addition to providing consulting and Internet services, Mr. Proksch and Pronto Progress also help clients improve their skills through training. Experienced Pronto trainers cover the gamut of Progress development and customize affordable programs to fit the individual needs of their clients. Andy Wasilczuk has been with Diverse Computer/Pronto Progress for more than 25 years and presently serves as an Account Mentor. Andy is an accomplished information technology professional with strong team/project leader, analytical and programming skills. His vast experience with MFG/PRO and Progress, along with his mentoring and leadership abilities, have proven invaluable to both Pronto Progress and our many satisfied customers. Along with using the latest Progress techniques, Andy has repeatedly lead multi-site installations of MFG/PRO and provides invaluable leadership for Pronto clients. Jason Villalobos joined Pronto Progress in 2000. Jason is an Account Mentor and a senior Epicor consultant. Connected independent operations into a connected system that reducing the labor involved in the documentation processes of the client. Jason added a faxing module to allow faxing of reports from QAD. Created Module to accept, monitor and maintain EDI 820 documents. Jason developed reports and maintenance screens for a custom progress system. Jason created a global data warehouse that generated standardized global reports showing what operations as saving money and what areas/countries are not. Jason created data warehouse connecting global data from corporate ERP pulling data from QAD, JD Edward and BPCS.
